Mr. Lynn Larsen has extensive experience preparing, opposing, and defending claims involving delays, disruptions, extra work, differing site conditions, defective plans, and other contract issues. He has prepared contract forms for general contractors and subcontractors, and assisted public owners in preparing solicitation documents.

Mr. Lynn Larsen has a BA in Mathematics magna cum laude, an MS in Engineering, and was graduated with honors with a Juris Doctor in Law from the National Law Center in Washington D.C. For 25 years he practiced construction law, helping clients resolve claims involving delays, disruptions, extra work, differing site conditions, design defects, and other contract issues on federal, state, municipal, and private projects. He maintains the highest peer rating in competence and ethics. He is a member of the bars of California, Colorado, and Utah. He is past chairman of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Associated General Contractors of California and Utah. He was a federal Contracting Officer for the CIA.

He now prepares, evaluates, and defends claims through expert analysis and testimony. He serves as a damages expert, an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, a member of Dispute Review Boards, and testifies on delays and disruptions, construction industry customs and practices, entitlements, and contract interpretation issues.

He has published more than 50 articles and seminar manuals on construction management and dispute issues.
